I originally ordered a different battery but was contacted the following day to inform me it was out of stock and offered an alternative. I was happy with the alternative and even happier that it was delivered the next day (a Saturday) as I needed my bike on the Sunday. The guy upgraded the delivery to Saturday FOA as a gesture of goodwill for not having my original brand. Excellent service from start to finish. Battery is great!
