I've always bought yuasa battery's before .but this time i purchased an exide battery from tayna ..I'm well pleased every bit as strong for my africa twin and cheaper in price..only grumble I have is the postage to North Ireland can be pretty expensive.but it is what it is.tanyas service was top marks and il definitely use then again.thanks chaps !

Can't say how good the battery is, only time will tell. However, the service from Tanya is excellent, I've used them before and will use them again.

Great battery. Excellent service from Tayna. Terrible service from Yodel! They simply abandoned the box on the doorstep in full view of the street. No attempt to ring the bell to knock on the door. 2 dogs in the house would have reacted! Yodel's Customer Service is totally useless. Honestly, it is so bad that I am rethinking whether to use Tayna any more!

Tayna service was outstanding. Ordered the battery on a Sunday afternoon for a Honda XBR500 that hadn't moved since 2016. Received an email acknowledging the order within a couple of hours the same evening, and then confirmation that it had been collected by the carrier the next morning. Arrived 48 hours later. The bike had been collected with no battery fitted so I had to rely on the Tayna website for the correct specification. The information was very comprehensive and there was a great choice of suitable batteries, with prices that beat the competition hands down. My brother always uses Tayna for bike batteries and he recommended them to me; he likes recommissioning old machines, which he sells on almost as regularly as he changes his socks, so that's fairly frequently! I had the same good service as he does, so we're still talking. The battery seemed to be too tall when I fitted it but with some encouragement the lid clamp on the battery box was persuaded to close. The rubber liner is well compressed so the battery will not be rattling around. Overall Tayna gave excellent, rapid service and kept me well informed - highly recommended.

Can't fault it at the moment! Does everything a battery should. Delivered very quickly - in fact Tayna rang me up to tell me they couldn't deliver the battery I'd ordered next day as it needed to be filled and allowed time to settle. They offered me an alternative and price matched the one I'd ordered. Can't argue with that service.
