Battery didn't fit so an exchange was made. Company arranged collection and paid for 50% cost of return shipping. Courier was a bit unreliable and collection was eventually sorted. I want to say all 3 Tanya batteries staff I spoke to were really helpful and polite. All in all a pretty decent company.

Battery arrive very quick. Was the correct battery for Harley and fitted correctly, as this battery type has opposite polarity post typed than normal. Normally a problem when not buying direct from Harley but was correct from Tanya. Very competitive price too with next day delivery. I would have liked info about charge status as this battery was supplied through new government guidelines surrounding Acid. I charged it as soon at arrived and retained it charge voltage level.

Battery works fine. Perfect fit. Shoved it in hit the button and up she lit first time. Harley starting every time now. ???. Even came a day earlier than expected . Spot on.
