This is the first time I have fitted a Gel Battery. My first impressions are that this is an excellent battery, and great value for money. I have read that Gel Batteries perform better than conventional batteries as they cope better with vibration. My ZZR 600 vibrates as much as any bike I guess so it will be interesting to see how we get on. The battery came fully charged, despite instructing you to fully charge the battery before use to prolong battery life... which was a little confusing. Only time will tell with this batteries performance. Perhaps the review should be after 12 or 18 months?!
