Should have been 5 stars, but not quite! The new battery arrived late morning and the instructions said it was fully factory charged and ready to fit. However, I always prefer to check the voltage of a new battery before fitting. Good thing I did because it was only at 9.1 volts! I attempted to charge it using my smart charger but that said 100% capacity after a few minutes and shut off but the battery would not register any cranking amps under load test. A sign of a fault, or sulphation. I did briefly try the battery on the bike but it would not even engage the starter motor; it was actually worse than the old one I was scrapping. I rang Tayna customer services who apologised and promised to send out a replacement asap. That was at about 1:15 p.m. The new battery arrived by courier at 10 a.m. the following morning. This time it was fully charged and worked perfectly. Five stars for customer service but a shame the original battery wasn't checked before dispatch.

A fraction taller and a tighter fit than the original but this was the only suitable AGM ( I did not want a "wet" battery) as terminals on my bike were the reverse of those in the handbook. The bike terminals needed to be modified, but when done an excellent installation.

the battery was quick to arrive but the terminals were the wrong way round to the one it was to replace but othere than that fitted well

Battery seems to be ok only time will tell , I have a optimate battery oximiser /charger connected to mine because I only use my bike during the summer months , excellent customer service and super fast shipping , good prices as well thanks .
