Happy with product, exactly what was needed, helpful staff when contacted. Disappointed with courier as delivery date not clear and not even am/pm could be offered. Whole day wasted waiting in. Should do better. Delivery companies only do deliveries, they load the truck and they know where they're going, so they should be able to offer a better service.

Good service......good product I ahve made 4 purchases from Tanya and never regretted it. This battery replaces a CHINESE one I bought off of fllebay....never again. Unfortunately TANYA did not stock the item I required (at the time) hence the purchase from the darkside..It's OK.....Im back.....
