Crap customer service and a much needed better approach towards your customers. Deceptive method of listing,SARCASM doesn't cut as your way out.Wouldn't even rate 1 star but this is the lowest that could be chosen, doesn't deserve customers with such a bad attitude!!

You have sent me an E-mail to rate my purchase from yourselves. You use a delivery company called Business Post, who apparently delivered my item from yourself on 26/03/2013. I found this out when I e-mailed you as I hadn’t received my item. I was told via e-mail that my item was delivered and that Business Post had a signature, so I called them and spoken to a lady called Helen and asked her who signed the paperwork? She said the name on the delivery note was DiXXON, but it was not spelt correctly. I explained that my partner and I were at work until 5pm and that our neighbour had not signed for anything. Helen said she would look into the matter and call me back. The following day she called me back saying the delivery man had gone on holiday and it was a bit suspicious that I wasn’t in and that my name was SPELT WRONG. I sent this information via e-mail to yourselves and the reply I got back was You have a signature so there is nothing you can do!!!!!!!!! GREAT reply............. I’ve paid for something I haven’t received and all you can do is say sorry. I’ve delt with E Bay for a number of years never had this problem before you only have to check my feedback. Would I recommend you to my friends NO WAY I and appalled at the service I’ve had, dealing with this.
