Recently l purchased a 12b4 battery from Tanya for one of my bikes and for reasons unknown the unit turned out to be faulty. I contacted Tanya who were very friendly and professional in dealing with my query. I now have a replacement 12b4 that Tanya sent at no cost to myself and l highly recommend this company. I for one will definitly be back in the future.
