Back on the road in under 24hrs, my battery on the bike died, ordered a new one online from Tayna Batteries, received it in superfast time, allowing me to charge it and install/use it all in under 24hrs, superb service.

You are misleading your clients by writing description about the motorbike the battery should fit. I needed a replacement for my Honda XL 125 Varadero (that was on your item description on ebay) but the battery was 3cm to high. It wouldn't fit any varadero... Cost of sending back for refund was almost equal to the battery price so I gave up. Vary unsatisfied.

Brought a battery for my bike they listed my make model as the battery i brought turned up totally wrong when i emailed them they said return item but cost for me to send back was 13 pound it only cost 23 including p&p i got a full refund but still made a lost of 13 pound because they listed wrong item hows that fair in the small print its says please check measurements but they only make one battery for mine so how did they make this mistake? Not happy will avoid this lot 100% will not recommend anyone !
