You were very prompt and professional during my dealings with you. The item I ordered was out of stock at the time but you have supplied a superior (and more expensive one) item within a very acceptable time frame. The only reason that I have only given four stars is that the tracking information supplied by your nominated carries was woeful and it was by luck only that we were at home on the delivery date. In saying that, the carriers representative was very quick and polite with the delivery. I would certainly recommend your company to others within my biking circle as your communication throughout the process was of a very high standard.

Does what its supposed to do. The only issue is that the terminals arent as well made as the \"full price\" versions and although they are secure they are less complex so in a confined space you have to hold the nut up for the bolt to go in, Where on the origonal the nuts would slot into the terminals first so you didnt have to hold them. however this is a minor issue and once fitted shouldnt cause problems again.

Unfortunately my bike was not listed, so I had to find the equivalent elsewhere before i could order from Tanya. V good service, delivered next day.

It is a battery! I have only had it fitted for 2 weeks but it works fine. I hope it lasts longer than the battery which came with the bike (2 years).

Very quick service. Motorcycle manufacturer not listed but battery is a direct replacement. Easy to follow fitment guide. Have dealt with Tayna before 7 will again.
