Replacement for the existing battery in a small light aircraft with a 100hp Rotax 912 ULS engine The previous identical battery lasted 7 years.

Battery is good The delivery service from DK was very poor as the original courier did not even try to deliver the battery. He did not use the side gate to the property which is always unlocked and used by everyone else. Poor service

First of all 5 Stars + plus for Tanya, the product I needed at a good price and delivered fast! The 'sell by date' on the battery was good as well, sometimes you get ones that have been around for an age, not so with Tanya. Why 4 Stars, I have a question mark about the Odyssey PC310, this is my third one in 7 years, the product blurb tells of amazing performance and a long life, not so with me?? As I have few options it hast o be Odyssey, fingers crossed this time!

This was a replacement for a previous PC310 that failed only after 12 years of service in a Peugeot Elystar 125 scooter. Conventional batteries had never been satisfactory when starting this bike but the Odyssey made it completely reliable while also being smaller and lighter. With correct maintenance, these batteries give exceptional service.

Maybe these are better batteries but with Motorbikes batteries often are allowed to discharge and even an Odyssey will fail if discharged enough times. After getting through two of these I've switched to a much cheaper brand.

Amazing power for such a small unit - easily starts my highly modified 2.0 zetec. However, terminal size is ridiculously small (only M4) and makes it quite difficult to attach my power cables. If the terminals had been M6 or larger, I would have given it 5 stars.
