Not my first Tayna purchase but, as always, customer service is first class. My only criticism is that the terminals/nuts/bolts are too small when having to connect additional equip i.e heated grips. This is my first ever PLATINUM purchase and my first ever with the smaller battery terminals.... coincidence? The one I removed was an MF, same model #. Many thanks, Mark.
