Although I haven’t used the battery yet, the service I received was first class. Ordering was so easy and I was able to chose the right one for my Ducati Monster 620ie, it came well packaged and fixings were included (nice surprise).

Great battery; I've had one of these before. The screws supplied to fit the terminals were too short ... they wouldn't reach far enough down to engage with the nut inside the battery terminals, but not a major issue.
