Communication and service was very good with Tanya themselves, but the delivery service with DX was a shambles, and I ended up not receiving the item! I asked Tanya to refund me, which they did with no quibbles, so if I notice anything online stating delivery with DX, I will not purchase!

Great product and price. Your couriers are rubbish as they said they left the package at 2030, I checked at 2130 and it hadn't been delivered. I found the package wet through the next morning.
