Battery arrived next day after ordering, following an "Are you sure" email to make certain the correct item was being ordered. Excellent customer service, greatly appreciated. Battery is exactly as described, arrived fully charged. No issues with the battery at all! Would recommend Tayna batteries to my friends - and will definitely use again.
