Ordered as a direct replacement for a battery already in the bike. Arrived within 24 hours from Tanya batteries in a well foamed, bagged box via courier service. The battery is actually a tight fit in the carrier and its size is slightly smaller than the original meaning the terminals are very close to the frame of the metal battery box. Had to add packing to get the connections wires away as it shorted out the main fuse first time I hooked it up. Nothing seems wrong with the service, delivery or cost of the product it just in dimension's seems small. Not Tanya's or powerlines fault.

excellent service. at first ordering online. tayna was given my old unused email hence tayna were unable to contact me. after a week past I realised tayna had my old email and had in fact refunded the cost into my bank. so i contacted tayna directly their staff were polite considerate & reordered battery & it was delivered after bank holiday. All of this during Panicdemic lock down. As for the battery. I fitted to ntv650, I connected battery charger for a few minutes whilst I had cup of tea. i then pressed starter button for 2 seconds, when it fired up & ran smother than ever. Due to a wonderful upgraded battery higher amperage than original. Price very competative first class Powerline. I shall recomend Tayna to all my biker & blood biker friends. I advise bikers, if your battery is old & often needs charging. Replace it before it fails to start you machine. Order Powerline from Tayna! Thank you very satisfied customer. 5 stars.
