The service was very good. Ordering on the web site was easy. I decided to pay the extra £3 to guarantee next day delivery and my battery arrived at 7.30am. It was well packed with easy to follow instructions and I had it charged and fitted by midday the day after ordering. My only crticism is that my bike is not listed under the fitments heading.

Perfect - after being quoted £65+ for this battery from a local dealer finding this company was a breath of fresh air! That battery arrived next after ordering at 16:30 the day before. I followed the instructions to set up the battery and half an hour later it was charged enough to drive home.

always feel a bit dubious of ordering batteries through the post with hazardous chemicals infolded ie acid. However no worries,the whole package from ordering to receiving the battery was excellent and I would highly recommend TAYNA.
