Order dispatched quickly - good correspondence regarding courier used and a sensible courier used who had sense to leave item in a responsible way even though we were out at time of delivery - well packaged - good instructions. Electrolyte fill line not packaged but only a minor critiscm and item working well. Would use Tayna again.
