I ordered this a a replacement for a Yuasa which was showing signs of failing. A good price and reliable delivery to France. Size is accurate, important as there is very little room to spare in the battery box of my Yamaha. I would have given a 5 star review, but during unpacking it I noticed there had been a slight leak of electrolyte as the battery had been prefilled as the sticker on the box stated, to conform to some sort of UK government regulation concerning supplying acid to customers in the UK ( I live in France!) I would have preferred to have used the acid pack to do-it myself as there are no regulations in France restricting sales of acid. Also, I was slightly concerned that the resting no-load voltage as supplied was low at 11.7 volts. After charging at 0.8 amp for 12 hours the voltage recovered to 14.4 volts and was then fitted to the bike which is charging the battery up to the regulated 14.2 voltage ok, but I will have to keep my eye on the resting voltage in service.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS in every respect! My initial telephone query was handled very professionally, quickly, and in a friendly manner. The 'paperwork' was also done efficiently and promptly, and the 'follow-up' communication for the delivery was excellent. I received a text message the next morning to inform me that the delivery time for the battery would be 'between 11:20am and 12:20pm. In fact, it arrived at 11:28am. VERY impressive! 30 minutes later, with the new battery in place, I was starting my bike up again. Thank you for making an old biker very happy!

Battery a fair price and delivery very prompt. Some basic literature in the box would have been handy to know if I needed to pre charge the battery or do anything else to it prior to installation. Had to phone to verify this.
