Exactly as required. Bike now cranks over like a dream. Dropped you down one star as battery was delivered one day latter than original date but i did get a text from carrier to inform me of a delay.

Needed a battery quickly and being a BMW needed a "special". I sourced the recommended OEM battery from Tanya who then recommended when ordering a better alternative with the same dimensions. Accepted the recommendation and the battery was delivered next day. Excellent service and good range, a little bit more expensive than the local motor factors but they would need to order in. Tanya had it in stock. Recommended

Ordered battery for my BMW motorbike on line. Delivery very prompt but wrong battery. Rang Tayna and they replaced it the following day without any fuss. Would recomend them to anyone - would have got 5 stars if it wasnt for the original mix up.

Not very impressed. I asked by email to confrim that the battery i had ordered was correct for the bike BMW rt1100 1996, i was told that you couldnt do this because it was in a box (i did not understand this response: you clearly knew which battery it was ). The battery arrive with no manufacturers lable on it. I contacted you concerning the traceability of the battery . You said it was a westco battery, without a label, so you would send me one in the post to stick on it - i have not received this yet : is it coming ?

The package arrived a few days after I ordered - Perfect The Package was not delivered to my address, but taken back to the post office where I needed to pick it up personally - NOT perfect The problem with the package was that the wrapping band had mad scratches on the name/address sticker so it was hard to read the correct name and full address so to assure it was delivered to the correct person I needed to go and verify that it was for me. That said, the package in general was pretty beaten up after the handling, so perhaps the "egg-container" is not enough for international handling :-)

Early days yet but it has a big grunt low down when it starts up the machine.Far more power than the battery it replaced.We will see how good it does long term.
