Rapid and safe delivery of the battery but getting the acid into it was difficult even with the nozzle provided

Can't fault the service, really... Telephone was answered quickly and by a human! Good knowledge of product and advice. Best delivered price I could find. And what impressed me most was that someone took the trouble to telephone to check that I hadn't forgotten to buy acid (as it happened the dealer doing the service supplied the acid but couldn't get near the price of the battery).
