Early days, but battery appears to be a good replacement. Special vacuum-sealed packaging a clever idea, but my battery was wrapped in such a way that the unlocking cap was inaccessible, so the plastic had to be cut to remove it (losing the vacuum), meaning the vent tube was open to the air (and "popped" with the pressure release. No obvious spillage, though. Pricing was very good, and Tanya's pre-delivery communications were comprehensive, if a bit excessive and unnecessary. Their delivery partner, however, was poor and let down the whole process. The first notification of a delivery was at 9am one morning, advising of a 10-12 delivery - not knowing it was coming that day, i wasn't in. But instead of leaving it in a safe place, they took it away, left a card to arrange an alternative delivery date, saying a signature was required. I hadn't requested this, and for a £20 battery seemed totally unnecessary. Bug then, when truing to arrange a delivery that night, i couldn't get one the next day, so had to wait another day before receiving it (and again, minimal notice of delivery tome by a text message). Measured the capacity: 4.86 Ah and repeated 3.85 Ah at 10hr rate (0.5 A constant current) to 10.5V . I would have expected Yuasa to be better than this from new. Nominal capacity is 5 Ah at 10hr rate. Delivery, price and service from Tayna as good as ever.
