Battery arrived promptly and was very well packed, also good instructions on unpacking and a useful video to watch. Charged overnight to full status and fitted to bike, an ex military 1970 BSA B40, it started first kick, very pleased thank you for a first rate service.....

I really appreciated the chance to confirm with your team that I was ordering the correct battery for my machine before the order was placed. The affirmative response to my question came within an hour. This was important because, with the recent law change, batteries arrive charged and sealed with the acid added prior to delivery. Sending back a wrong battery would have been difficult, particularly if the seal had been broken.
