Had a slight problem with getting the battery...my own fault in that I input my email incorrectly....took a bit to get that sorted but the customer service was very responsive and got it sorted. Battery all good at a great price.

Only just fitted it but works fine. Nuts and bolts were missing and the ones from my old battery didn’t fit, but Tanya sent out some with it when I asked so all good

previous response must be lost in ether.Batter arrived 27hrs after order placed. Stunning! My concern. Battery acid filled(new regs) but manufacture date 2019 and with almost zero charge. Seems to remain satisfactory after trickle charge.

Battery arrived prompt and fitted to motorcycle. Bike would not start. Motorcycle recovered under warranty too dealer to investigate. Turns out the battery only had 5v and was basically dead. Not happy as I have to get my wife to take me on a 2hr round trip to get my bike back. You would expect a new battery to be fully charged and ready to go. Disappointed to say the least
