Hi It Started with the lady that answered me call, she 2as so helpful with advice and giving me the options to get a fast delivery which I was desperate to get it on my Bike with it coming back from the insurers with a flat and now faulty battery, so I got your battery the next day ! it was allready fully charged meant I did not have to wait put it on and the Bike started first time, and it was exactly what I had asked the lady for a12v heavy duty one for a Suzuki gsx1400, 1 very happy customer. Great item got a bigger battery for better cranking 0riginal was 180 cca whilst this is 220 cca a little taller but fits ok

Courier was rubbish. Parcel shown as at depot. Rang helpline, was told it hadn't left. And I would be updated when it did. Whilst he was saying this, it was delivered through the front door. 40 miles from depot to door

Yuasa is a go to brand for my bike batteries. I have Yuasa elsewhere that have been going strong for years, albeit on a battery optimiser for the better part. The forums all said the same thing about the OE battery and it's failure mode. They also all recommended alternate brands including the Yuasa. As ever, excellent service from Tayna. Thank you.
