First battery was delivered to the wrong address then I was asked to try my neighbours so l tried was not taken in by them then you send me a photo of someone taking the battery in no door number or face in the photo then you send me a photo of my house and my neighbours from a picture off the Internet which was 2 years old saying it was delivered to a brown door which I thought was very bad by yourselves never got original battery so you sent another one but obviously it took 3 days rather than the usual next day

I was recommended to you by a motorcyclist friend after the battery on my motorcycle failed. Very impressed with your website and it's ease of use and the way I was able to choose the correct battery using my registration number. I went for a premium product which in fact wasn't as expensive as I had feared. Delivery by DPD was, as always by them, excellent. I ordered in the afternoon and next day it was in and operating.
