Communication was excellent, we was a little concerned about getting the right battery because the battery that was currently on the bike was not the right one for the bike. After a couple of messages they showed us that the battery we purchased from them what is the correct one in accordance with the bike registration. When the battery came it went straight onto the bike no problem fixings was all there and the bike started straight away. Would highly recommend this company for purchases of batteries and if we ever get in a position where we need to get another one then we will definitely return.
