The Product is fantastic and as described. Customer service is outstanding. Item was dispatched in a timely manner however I took the day off to receive the item as it was a all day delivery. After waiting the whole day the courier didn't show up or call to say he was not coming as the website stated the the item was out for delivery. The item was delivered the next day. I would like to state this is of no fault of Tanya batteries and they are a great company to deal with.
