Unfortunately the courier let the client down. I was depending upon the ' next day delivery ' promise and had ordered around 2.30 pm.. told Tanya I'd like to cancel my order because of this. The order was cancelled and item returned, I was refunded within a week ( a little slow I feel) . 5 star rating as I think Tanya Batteries gave a professional service though.

Delivery was prompt and packaging was excellent. Howrver, the battery is far too young to report reliability. Only problem was the battery needed charging for 24 hours at 1 5 amps to reach full charge.

First battery never got delivered to us, due to Yodel being totally useless. Reported this, completed a few forms and a replacement battery was sent out, with a decent courier company. Great guys to deal with and will continue to do so….just hope they don’t use Yodel again. :-)
