Battery was exactly what I required, no problems. Sadly I cannot say the same for the delivery service DHL. it was out for delivery on the Friday, something went wrong and it was delayed and then the driver said there was something wrong with the delivery address. On Monday it was out for delivery and again the driver reported problems with the address and it was re scheduled for delivery later in the day. I contacted DHL and reminded them again they had a contact number but the driver choose to not use it The battery turned up at 5 pm and the driver who was apparently different reported it was easy peasy to find my address. You should review using DHL as they do not leave your company in a good light.
