The battery itself appears fine but the connections were not as requested. This was purchased for an APC UPS500 but the Lucar connectors are smaller than the 6.2mm on the ups itself.

Speedy delivery and a simple direct replacement for the battery in my UPS which had decided it was time to pack in and no longer run the unit on demand. No point in buying a whole new UPS when the battery inside was failing. An easy fix.

fitted perfectly into my UPS, straight swap without any hassle. The delivery was so quick, that had I realised I'd have put up with the beeping for a day - thinking it'd take a few days as I'd ordered late on a Friday I removed the UPS and reconnected everything but it cam first thing Saturday! Wow!

Happy enough with the battery but unhappy that the parcel required signing for. This was not mentioned on the eBay sale page and I specifically wanted a battery from a vendor that could simply deliver and leave the parcel at my home.
