The battery took a week to arrive although the website stated next day delivery. I only got updates in response to my email requests. When the battery arrived it was wrong,due to the incorrect size being listed on the website. I made this clear in an email and was told that I would need to arrange for it to be returned myself, which I have done and been left £13 out of pocket. Extremely poor service. To be fair I have used Tayna before and haven’t experienced any problems
