The product didn't work and they had no more in stock so I got a refund. 5 stars? Yes for the advice in selecting the device, prompt delivery, helpful staff when discussing the problem, easy return process and quick refund. I bought the product elsewhere (where it was more expensive...) and it works fine - just as expected. Great device.

EXCELLENT CHARGER.For BOATS/RVs.due to MAM Suffering with Dementia @ 91yrs.We had to store RV.for 18months... 2X6Volt house batteries.DEAD!(IN SERIES),also engine battery flat/dead!!! this (recon)these 3 batteries.1st CLASS DELIVERY FROM TAYNA ORDERED 3/5/2011.came 4/5/2011/Also great advice and service/help from GARETH WILLIAMS.
