I ordered a CTEK MXS 7.0 battery charger/conditioner which was dispatched promptly. However, there was a small error with the version received so I contacted Tayna. Within a couple of hours I received a response apologising for the error & to say that a replacement had been dispatched for next day delivery and this duly arrived as promised. It is a quality product & has been put to good use. Any company can sell you goods, but it is when things do not go quite to plan, as sometimes happens, that good customer service proves invaluable, & Tayna's service was first class.

Spoke to the customer care team who advised that this charger ould suit my needs. I have used it and find it very good and easy to set up. it sits under the bonnet and can be left connected without fear of frying the battery.
