This is a disappointing charger. Save the money and go for the best like the CTEK

I bought this to maintain the battery of my car when I will not be using it for over a month. Time will tell how well it performs this task, though it appears well built and simple to use. As an initial test I hooked it up a 70 Ah AGM battery (already fairly well charged) that I use for a solar power project. The 3 step charging worked as expected, starting in 'bulk' mode, soon switching to 'adsorption' mode, then after about 48 hours switching to 'maintenance' mode.

A useful charger which shows clearly when the battery is sufficiently charged for use and also when fully charged. Also, because of the very low charge rate, it can be left hooked up to a battery in circuit without damaging any electronic components in the electrical system of the bike. After charging a battery to full voltage, it automatically switches off, then when the battery voltage falls to about 13V, it starts charging again. This can be seen by observation with a precision voltmeter hooked up to the battey. It was bought together with a new motorcycle battery, both came together well-packed and was delivered within two days of ordering.
