never seems to go on second phase and light goes from amber to green very quick but battery shows not fully charged very quickly

The paperwork did not match the item sent. When I rang to inform you, I was just given the option of returning the item at my expence.this does not represent good customer service on an electrical item possibly made in china. The instructions should always always match the item. Not to do so may well be breaking the law. I await your reply

This charger does not work fully it never goes onto a float charge. I have sent a lot of emails to your company complaining about this charger which was very expensive. I could have paid £10 to £ 15.00 for one that would have worked with a float charge but your at £45.00 does not. WHY NOT
