The device did not register when used on remote vehicle battery terminals - perhaps it couldn't be used for this purpose.. And could not be used to check my leisure battery as the maximum length between the device terminals is 21cm - too short for my battery. Brought a multimeter from elsewhere, and this gave a reading for both without issues. Service from sales team was excellent

The Motobatt Pocket Voltmeter is extremely easy to use, lightweight and practical. Ideal for learning the state of charge of your 12V battery and also for testing the alternator.

BATTERY VOLTAGE TESTING:

  • 25% - 9.8 A 12.0V

  • 50% - 12.0 A 12.4V

  • 75% - 12.4 A 12.6V

  • 100% - 12.6 A 13.8V

CHARGING VOLTAGE TESTING:

  • GOOD – 13.8 A 14.7V

  • BAD – DE 14.7V UP
