Very sturdy battery box and easy to drill holes through for the leads. Lid clips on so no chance of it coming adrift on the road. Also comes with a strap to hold it in place. Very pleased with product and service although Tayna need to look at their environmental footprint with the amount of polystyrene packaging they use, it's also a pain to get rid of but it was extremely well packed.

a sturdy box does the job,straps a bit c**p,instructions for putting brackets on bottom not good, the screws have to go the opposite way to diagram apart from that a good buy. c.mack poole dorset

The HM318BK Battery Box is a battery storage solution for sizes Group 24 to Group 31 Automotive, Marine, and RV batteries. It features locking tabs to fasten the cover securely to the battery case, reinforced plastic handles to prevent cracking during battery relocation, and allows adequate ventilation of battery acid vapours. This rugged battery box maintains its impact properties down to minus 20°F, as well as, resistant UV, oil, gas and other contaminants. Perfect installation in a car, boat, camper, motorhome, trailer, or caravan, as well as, generator equipment.
