Professionally & correctly packed for transit. All that was required on delivery was to top up the cells slightly & check charge. The battery did arrive fully charged. Delivered in less than 12 hours. Can't fault the service.

Not had a chance to drive the car since fitting the new battery, but it is the same model / type as the previous one, so I am sure it will perform well. What I can say is the the website is well laid out, the ordering process was simple and well organised, and the battery arrived quickly and was well packaged to avoid damage or spill of any acid. I shall keep all the details on file for the next time I need a new battery. Roger .

Well packed charged and filled on delivery. Car fired first time. Be careful with the plastic lugs covering the terminals if you are cutting out for cabling.

Unfortunately, my reason for purchasing a new Banner battery was because the previous one had failed, although I blame myself for not looking after it through the winter lay-up, and hope this one will last longer. I have charged it fully and it turns over really well, so 4 stars for now......only time will tell. It has the correct terminals and fits the battery tray as a like for like replacement.
