Great service with quick delivery. Could do with some ‘this way up’ stickers On the box as I saw the delivery driver turn the box in all directions to check the address resulting in some acid leaking in the box. Well wrapped though it wasn’t an issue.

First class service. Battery ordered with standard delivery but it arrived the following day via Yodel and was superbly packaged - sealed bag, polystyrene protective slabs within cardboard box. A quick call to Tayna querying the function of the enclosed plastic tube explained it's use and fitting - thank you.

My previous Banner went flat over 8 months inactivity even with an FIA cut off switch. It wouldn’t charge despite being 2 years and only 1400 miles old. Probably my fault as I didn’t trickle charge it thinking the red key would be enough. New battery was fitted easily and is working fine. For the price if I get another two years out of it that’s not so bad. My previous Banner lasted 8 years and is still going strong, in another car.
