Battery was delivered to local depot as specified, extremely well packaged with very useful advice on unpacking, etc. There was confusion with UKmail - they delivered when I had opted for collection, but this was a local issue.

Straight swap for same battery. Can't fault it. Service from Tayna is what excels. Ordered 11am. Battery delivered same time next day. Fantastic service. Even including delivery it was 15% cheaper than the likes of H'fords where i would have had to drive to, to collect.
