Excellent product, price and service. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tayna at all. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the slight delay (not Tayna's fault, it was the delivery firm that got in a slight muddle apparently) in getting the product delivered to me. I ordered it 21st August @ 11:02 and it was delivered 23rd August @ 13:47hrs - so it took just over 48 hours. Very nicely though, Tayna gave me a 50% refund on the delivery cost of £7.98.

Arrived very well wrapped. No instructions for charging or a note whether it is pre-charged. After connection, needed to top up charge to full. Works fine and starts car first time as a new battery should!

Battery was delivered to local depot as specified, extremely well packaged with very useful advice on unpacking, etc. There was confusion with UKmail - they delivered when I had opted for collection, but this was a local issue.
