I usually choose Bosch equipment for service parts where available. Unfortunately the battery which came was faulty. Fortunately the people at Tayna were prompt and helpful in resolving the situation. "Stuff" happens but After Sales is the key.

The product is good and cheaper than most, but what let me down was the company website states next day delivery if ordered before 17:30, I placed my order 15:30 expecting it to arrive the next day, what happened in reality they delivered it 2 days later, which was not good enough because I only ordered from here because of next day deliveries.
