Terrible service honestly, I have had two orders in the past 3 weeks, my daughter ordered a battery which took over a week to get and this one apparently got damaged and I was not notified until 7 days when I asked where it was, it then took another error 2 days to get and only had 5.4v when it would come with 13v terrible experience from Tayna.
