The Website, price and supposedly prompt despatch were all great but their Couriers (Yodel) were, in this instance, awful. I spent longer chasing both them (their webchat is a complete and utter waste of time) and then Tayna themselves than I did either ordering, paying for or even fitting the battery (when it finally arrived), days late. It's not an accident that who the couriers are isn't mentioned on the website.
