I phoned first to check some specs. The man I spoke to was very helpful. I then ordered online, which was an easy process. The battery arrived next day and I fitted it. The car starts better than when new. So overall, I'm very pleased.

Bought to replace an ageing OEM Varta battery that failed to start our Yeti after a frosty night. My online order secured this battery as replacement. It arrived very promptly (? next day. Can't remember!!) extremely well packaged. Fitted without any problems. The car now starts very easily even after a heavy frost. Even better, it comes with a 5 year warranty. This is the second purchase I have made from Tayna and if I need another battery I will purchase from them again. First class service, good price. What's not to like.

First Class service from Tayna Batteries. Not so good from the UK mail courier who left the battery at my door and when asked by my friend if he could help lift it into my porch as it was an heavy item. He refused. My friend has chronic kidney failure. 5 stars for Tayna, 0 for UK-mail.
