Arrived as expected. The instructions in the package look scary at first but these are general precautions I guess. It would be nice if these were posted ahead of the package shipment. If unassuming user was at home when the package arrived, they will be scared at seeing a red sticker on the page saying "open up immediately" :)

Excellent improvement over standard battery for Skoda Roomster 1.6 petrol. Most battery sites suggest a smaller battery but this fits a treat and has more cranking power and a great price

Delivered within an acceptable timeframe. Pretty good follow up with notifications via email and text message, on its way to me. 10 out of 10 for this. Installed by my son, thanks also to a youtube video, which made the process easier to assimilate. Some of us learn much better from watching, as a welcome complement to reading a list of instructions. Tayna may consider puttig out a few videos of its own, on their Youtube Channel. Hearing that engine start 1st time I cranked it, was the noise of joy. The Bosch brand is one I trust implicitly, and I have confidence in, as good as any other brand. Spending no more than £15 over the cheaper but capable alternative proposed by Tayna, I think is money well spent. This battery should last at least 7 to 8 years, which is an incremental cost of no more than £2 per year. Well worth it IMHO. Also loved the sealed nature of the battery - nothing to check, with respect to top ups, throughout its useful life. It would be wonderful to have some safety guide of how to dispose of the old battery, which I am still scratching my head about...I'll google it...

So far I have found Tayna an excellent experience - the price was the cheapest I could find on the internet, they respond very quickly (last response I got took 2 mins!!), they are very helpful, answered all of my questions, made sure the battery was the right fit for my car and the delivery was a next day delivery in a very secure looking packaging. Very happy so far though cannot comment on the battery itself until it is fitted by an independant garage . Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish. The website was excellent. I received a text from the seller within minutes of making the order stating they would contact me and give me a delivery date and time. Within 12 hours I received that info and the product was delivered well packaged by an excellent and friendly courier driver. The battery is certainly £20 below a shop bought product and is working fine.
