Tayna were totally professional throughout, despite the Courier misplacing the package. On reporting this a second battery was duly dispatched via a different Courier. Second item was received in good order and has subsequently been fitted and is entirely satisfactory. I have no hesitation in recommending Tayna to any prospective Customer based on their entire service and professionalism. In conclusion the original package mysteriously arrived and Courier instructed to return to Vendor with thanks.
