Ordered the battery and it arrived the next working day which was good. The battery was well packaged and the packaging was marked which way up it was to be kept. Unfortunately, the delivery driver hadn’t noticed this and the battery sat on its side outside my house for most of the morning. Luckily there was no leakage.

Battery arrived damaged and one of the vent bungs was recessed 4-5mm inside the battery casing. It took 30 minutes to get it out without damaging the battery. Overall fitting was okay.

I was so relieved that this was a direct replacement for my van battery. I was disappointed as a swampy eco warrior that the packaging included a vacuum plastic bag and expanded white polystyrene but i can understand the need for safe packaging of course. recyclable packaging inside the box would have been great. Great price and great service from the team.
