Absolutely first class service from Tayna. As always. Would normally have gone for a Bosch battery (by habit!) but the Enduroline was superior in every way in terms of capacity and value. Was slightly larger than the one it replaced but still fitted the tray fine. Very pleased - there really is nowhere else I would shop for a car battery now. Highly recommended.

Would be 5 stars but polystyrene packaging made a mess, the little white beads broke off, stuck to everything and took 30 mins to clear up. Very quick dispatch.

Great service from the team - the item came very quickly and well-packed. The price was also very competitive. The only downside was that the battery was slightly longer than the one it was replacing. To be fair I was warned to check the dimensions but it was for my elderly mother's car and she lives 40 miles away, so I thought that using the car reg look-up tool would suffice - it wasn't quite accurate but I managed to squeeze it in. Most importantly, the car started first time and has done since, despite heavy snow.

Prompt delivery on day specified - removed travelling plugs from battery once unpacked from sturdy packing then fitted battery in minutes - excellent starting on new battery as expected. A satisfied customer - will be ordering a battery for my second car in the near future.
